Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I am not currently accepting new clients

One of my core beliefs as a therapist is that there is power and healing in our human connections, in the words and lived experiences we share with one another. Therapy is a space for you to share your story and your experiences, and for us to work together to identify and address your unique needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to create this space and foster growth through warmth, humor, vulnerability, authenticity, and the relationship we build together. My goal is to create a space that is safe and supportive of your whole self and embraces all of your identities. I work to empower my clients to show up as their authentic selves in our work and honor that authenticity by meeting you exactly where you are.

I am an integrative psychologist who comes to this work from an interpersonal-feminist lens. This means that I believe our interpersonal relationships and connections, as well as the institutional structures and systems surrounding us, impact how we see and experience the world. This approach allows for flexibility to collaborate on identifying interventions and techniques that will best address your lived experiences and often grounds in interpersonal, mindfulness, self-compassion, strengths-based, and trauma-informed interventions.

My areas of clinical focus include working with survivors of sexual violence (with experience working with women-identified, male-identified, gender non-conforming, and trans survivors and survivors of military sexual trauma), individuals with chronic illnesses and HIV/AIDS, and older adults. I also commonly work with adults experiencing identity concerns, body image, self-esteem, or self-confidence difficulties, grief, trauma, problematic pornography consumption, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, and life transitions or difficulties. Over the past five years I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, university counseling centers, and inpatient psychiatric facilities and have provided individual, group, and animal-assisted therapies.

Payment Methods: I am in-network with Anthem/BCBS. I'm in the process of becoming credentialied with Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, & Lyra. I also accept self-pay clients.
