My first day in the office is June 1st, 2026

A decision to work with a therapist is the first step in a process of change. If you are reading my profile, you are already contemplating something you want to be different in your life, and if we decide to do this work together, I will help you move in whatever direction you choose.

I understand that it is difficult to feel misunderstood, and over time this can lead to loneliness and feeling stuck in days that leave you feeling restless and lacking joy. Sometimes, life is moving so fast that we don't make time to consider if our daily routines and relationship patterns represents our values or help us have the connections we want in life. Often times, therapy is about us looking together at your private thoughts, underexamined emotions and unhelpful beliefs, and deciding what action you want to take to get to something different. It takes courage to look at yourself, your relationships and begin to shape something new. As your therapist, I will work to help you understand that your life can have many possible outcomes and support you exploring the next best step is to get you there.

I have been a therapist for over two decades, and I feel grateful for each person that I has allowed me to be apart of their growth and healing.  I have experience working in community mental health and school-based mental health with a focus on children and adolescents. I have extensive experience in trauma recovery, including Trauma Focused-CBT and EMDR trained. I am IFS-informed, trained in play-based approaches to therapy as well as experienced in supporting teens with identity development and life transitions.  I have experience treating children and adolescents, as well as supporting caregivers, coping with depression, mood disorders, PTSD and anxiety utilizing CBT and mindfulness. You can expect me to be authentic, compassionate and curious while also encouraging thoughtful examination to challenge you to consider how to move forward.

My services include individual therapy for children 8 years +, adolescents and adults. If I am working with your child, you can expect that I will work to increase understanding, communication, safety and connections within the parent-child relationship.
